On Friday 20th March, we held our first Wellbeing Day of 2026 at H9 Talent Solutions 💙
These dedicated days are an important part of our culture. Recruitment is fast-paced, high-pressure, and constantly “on,” so creating space to properly switch off isn’t just a nice idea – it’s essential.
This year’s Wellbeing Day was a particularly wholesome one, with the team embracing the opportunity in their own ways. Some headed off on family trips to Wales, others enjoyed a day over in Dublin, while many took to the outdoors with hikes across the Peak District. There were plenty of long walks, fresh air, and most importantly, meaningful time spent with family and children.
At H9, we recognise that wellbeing looks different for everyone. For some, it’s adventure and exploration. For others, it’s slowing down, unplugging, and being present. Giving our team the freedom to choose how they reset is what makes these days so impactful.
